UPSC SCRA-2015

UPSC conducts the SCRA(Special Class Railway Apprentices) Exam as a apprentice in Mechanical Engineering in Railway. The Selection process comprise of two phases

1. Written

2. Interview

Required Qualifications:

Educational qualification:

   10+2 or Higher Secondary from recognized Board or University with Mathematics and atleast one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination or equivalent.   

Age Limit:

  A candidate must have attained the age of 17 years and have not attained the age of 21 years on 

 1st January 2015. The upper age is relaxable upto 3 years for OBC and 5years for SC/Sc candidates.

UPSC COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAM-I(CDSE--I)-2015

CDSE stands for Combined Defence Services Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Services Commission). The exam is held twice in a year named as CDSE-I and CDSE-II for the posts in INA, IAFA, IMA and OTA.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

for INA and IAFA candidates need B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Engineering degree to apply for the exam. for OTA and IMA candidates need graduation degree in any discipline. you can also apply for the exam while studying in final year of graduation.

AGE LIMIT:

 for INA: 19 years to 22 years
 for IAFA: 19 years to 23 years
 for IMA: 19 years to 24 years
 for OTA: 19 years to 25 years

Fee- Rs .200
